Each ticket to this event includes a complimentary drink ticket for a cider of your choice (including our specialty cider cocktail, the Solara Obscura), a pair of ISO-certified eclipse glasses designed by Indianapolis-based artist, Shaunt'e Lewis, an hour and a half on the rooftop for unobstructed eclipse viewing, and happy hour snacks afterwards.

We're ready to release the official cider of the Indy Eleven in our restaurant ahead of their first match. We'll have it available in cans for carryout, on draft for drinking with friends, and for the entire season!

A boysenberry is a cross between a blackberry and a raspberry, so this cider has a great berry-forward flavor that is a mix of tangy raspberries and earthy blackberries, with a hint of blueberries as well.

It's jammy, drinkable, and ever so slightly tastes like a melted purple popsicle. Perfect for game day!

Our runaway hit spring seasonal, Bloomsberry, is back just in time for spring! It will be available in cans, on draft, and ready to be taken home with you throughout the spring!

Made with real blueberries and a combination of both fresh and dried lavender, Bloomsberry is a delightful cider, perfect for ushering in sunny days and spring blooms.

For friends and lovers, this is a decadent riff on our Sunset Tart Cherry cider aged on real cocoa nibs. Savor the chocolatey aromatics and the cherry finish because this leap year is about finding an extra day to indulge.

Moms. You gotta love them. And no matter who you are - someone who had a stellar mom, someone who is a mom, or someone whose mother figure left something to be desired - we all have stories to tell about the mothers in our lives.

Join us for our new 5th Wednesday Storytelling Night, this time with the theme "Mom's the Word". We'll have a few people ready to share their stories that fit the theme, and depending on the number of people who sign up, we'll have some time at the end for people who feel moved to share.

Join Wes Homoya – a native Hoosier, avid birder, tour guide, and conservationist – for another quarterly installment of everyone's favorite local birdin' and boozin' brew bus benefit bash, as we explore nature and enjoy quality adult beverages together.

Our adventure kicks off at 2 p.m. at Ash & Elm Cider Co., where we gather for a tasting and an opportunity to purchase carryout libations for the road trip. Feel free to bring your favorite thermos to fill with hot mulled cider.

We’ll then drive up to the Eagle Creek Ornithology Center, where we’ll have a building tour highlighting the new aviaries, and also get a special chance to witness some fun feeding and training demos.

Afterwards, we’ll make a pit stop in Speedway at the delightful Daredevil Brewing for drinks and further merriment, before returning to Indy to arrive back to Ash and Elm at about 6 p.m., where everyone is invited to continue hanging out, get something to eat, and of course drink more delicious cider and chat all about birds until you're ready to head home.

Please dress appropriately for the weather and bring binoculars if you like/have them. We will have a limited amount available for those without them, and on this tour we will mostly be looking at birds from a very close range, though you never know what we might see on the reservoir or loitering around the parking lot. Whether you've never been birding before or consider yourself an expert, you are most welcome!

Bottled water and cups will be provided on the bus. This event is open to participants aged 21 and older, with a cost of $45 per person, and all profits will be divided to support the Indiana Audubon and the Eagle Creek Park Foundation.

It's Chai Time!

Our latest seasonal, Marigold Chai, comes out today!

Marigold Chai is a combination of two delicious beverages: chai tea and craft cider! We infused traditional Indian chai spices like cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, and clove, along with cold brew black tea, into our cider.

The result is a sweetly spiced cider that is both refreshing and warming.

We're easing our way into the new year with a sophisticated and smooth cider: Maple Bourbon Smash.

The maple bourbon smash is a remix of the classic old fashioned cocktail recipe, and our wintery version uses bourbon barrel-aged imperial cider, local pure maple syrup, and fresh orange zest. The bourbon barrels from our friends at West Fork Whiskey lend subtle oak, soft vanilla, and a hint of toasted marshmallow to a complex sweetness from the robust late season maple syrup.

This cider is 8.4% so take your time with it.

Kick off your New Year's Eve celebrations with us by revisiting our 12 Ciders of the Month from 2023, each paired with a delectable bite. Join us on New Year's Eve for 12 fantastic bites paired with each of our Ciders of the Month.

Here's a sneak peak at some of the pairings:

Each ticket will come with 12 tickets, good for each of the 12 food pairings and 12 four-ounce cider pours. This is not a seated dinner with 12 courses; instead it is a go-at-your-own-pace, cocktail-party atmosphere. Choose which course you'd like to start with and make your way through the evening based on what sounds good.

Please note that many but not all of our courses will be gluten-free. If you are gluten-free, you will be able to indulge in all of the ciders and most of their pairings. You are welcome to get seconds of your favorite GF food option if you'd like.

Tickets will be offered for two time slots: 4-6pm and 6-8pm, and while there is not official start of the event, the ending times of 6pm and 8pm must be observed.
